According to the Company’s Articles of Association, elections are being held for the appointment of a new Board of Directors on Thursday, October 17, at 11.00 am at the “I. Metaxas” Amphitheater of the “Ippokratio” Hospital of Thessaloniki (49, Constantinople Street).
In case of non-quorum, the elections will be resumed on Saturday 2 November 2013 at 15:00 at the Esperides Hall of the Hilton Athens Hotel during the 17th Pan-Hellenic Transplantation Conference.
